Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of StreetSignal (the "Service"), operated by StreetSignal ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

StreetSignal is a searchable library (the "Vault") of finance interview questions reported by candidates who've gone through recruiting, along with related tools like Free Questions, Practice, and My Recruiting. Questions are submitted and reported content, compiled and organized by StreetSignal — they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current, and seeing a question in the Vault is not a guarantee that it (or anything like it) will come up in any future interview. The Vault reflects what candidates say was asked in the past, not a prediction of what will be asked next.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid access is sold as a Monthly Pass ($19/month, recurring until cancelled) or a Season Pass ($69, a one-time payment for 4 calendar months that does not auto-renew). Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

Acceptable use

Vault access is for your personal use in preparing for interviews. Please don't scrape, bulk-download, or systematically copy Vault content; resell or redistribute access; or share your paid account with people who haven't purchased their own access.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the Service and cancel any subscription at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that using StreetSignal will lead to any particular interview or job outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreetSignal isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
